In 2016 across Australia we will be once again focussing our energy toward some very special groups and charities that have struck a chord with our heart and the hearts of our attendees. Destruction and property damage caused by fires burning in the Western Australia’s South-West, has led to the activation of the Lord Mayor’s Distress Relief Fund (LMDRF). The Lord Mayor’s Distress Relief Fund was established in 1961 to provide relief of personal hardship and distress arising from natural disasters occurring within Western Australia. It is a registered charitable body. The Board Chair, Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi, said the catastrophic fires have razed much of the township of Yarloop, and damaged parts of Waroona.Studio ARTES

Studio ARTES uses creativity to support each individual’s needs and thereby provides encouragement and inspiration for participants to realise and express their true potential.
The Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women’s Shelter opened its doors to clients in February 2015. It has since been at capacity supporting 10 women at any given time. The Shelter aims to provide temporary supported accommodation for women in times crisis such as homelessness and /or domestic violence. We provide a safe, non-threatening environment for women that will assist them through their emotional and physical crisis.
